Organization Overview
The Molasky family entered the real estate business 62 years ago under the direction of Irwin Molasky. The family developed critical real estate in Las Vegas across product types including 7.5M sqft of retail, 4M sqft of office / civic buildings, and significant residential. Prominent projects include the Bank of America Plaza, Sunrise Hospital, and others. Notably, the Molasky Family was a prolific builder for the US Federal Government, building four VA buildings, four FBI buildings, and several facilities for the GSA.
In 1998, Alan Molasky started Ovation ovationco.com with the primary focus on growing multifamily in Las Vegas. A Las Vegas native with three decades of development experience in Nevada, Alan has led major projects across multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and luxury residential — building on his long-standing work with his father, Irwin Molasky, at The Molasky Group of Companies. His portfolio includes signature developments such as Best in the West, Best on the Boulevard, Pacific Industrial Park, Bank of America West, and Park Towers, and he previously grew Pacific Homes into one of Las Vegasʼ largest homebuilders with over 4,750 homes delivered. At Ovation, he has overseen 53 apartment communities totaling 13,239 units and more than $3B in value, with over $1.5B of additional real estate developed and managed through his affiliated ventures.
Today, Ovation has vertically integrated capabilities in the multifamily sector including development, in-house property management / asset management, and a fully internalized general contracting company to build its projects.
