The NVSAA Jewel Awards represent the highest recognition of outstanding achievements, leadership, and contributions within Nevada’s multifamily housing industry — and this year, we’re diving into an unforgettable evening of elegance, brilliance, and celebration beneath the sea.

Important Nomination Details
- If you choose the invoice option, please enter the company name in the “Bill To” section.
Please note: invoices cannot be split. - Be sure to complete all fields in the attendee section with the nominee’s correct information prior to submission.
- Upon submission, nominees will receive a confirmation email along with detailed instructions specific to their award category.
- Be sure to submit all deserving superstars within the deadline window, late submissions will not be accepted
- Required metrics and evaluation materials will be sent directly by our trusted third-party evaluator:
(Please watch for their email communication.) - The top three finalists in each category will be notified directly, and winners will be revealed live during the 19th Annual Jewel Awards celebration!
Please ensure that all nominees meet the criteria for their selected category and are willing to participate in the judging process.
