NVSAA Industry Statewide Talent Show
Do you have a hidden talent? Now's your chance to take the stage!
We're looking for talented members of Nevada's rental housing industry to compete in the inaugural NVSAA Industry Virtual Talent Show. Whether you sing, dance, play an instrument, perform comedy, magic, or have another unique talent you'd like to share, we want to see it!
Eligibility
- Contestants must be employed in the apartment industry.
- If selected as a Top 3 finalist, you must be available to perform live at the Advocacy Affair on Friday, October 9, 2026, at The Bootlegger's Copa Room (5pm-8pm)
Submission Guidelines
- Videos should be approximately 3–5 minutes in length.
- Content must be appropriate for a professional audience, including industry peers and executive leadership.
- No obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language, gestures, or content.
- All performances must be suitable for a family-friendly, professional event.
- Submissions must feature the individual(s) entering the competition.
How It Works
- Submit your talent video by January 31st, 2027:
- The NVSAA Legislative Action Fund Committee will review all submissions and select the Top 3 finalists.
- Voting begins and a winner is announced!
The winning performer will receive a prize and earn the title of the first-ever NVSAA Talent Show Champion!
