Got a hidden talent? It’s time to trade your day job for the stage! Whether you’re a singer, dancer, comedian, or possess a totally unique skill, we want to see what you’ve got.
This showcase is open to our entire membership, property management teams and supplier partners alike!
Feel free to get creative and use your performance as a fun way to highlight your team, showcase your company culture, or playfully promote your services, all while raising vital support for our Legislative Action Fund, ensuring our industry’s voice stays strong in local housing decisions.
Entry is 100% FREE! All you need is a talent and a video!
How It Works

Step 1: Register & Upload Your Video (September – October)
A gallery link will be included in your event registration confirmation, please upload your talent video there.

Step 2: Committee Screening (November)

Our LAF Committee will review all submissions to select the top performances moving on to the public voting round.

Step 3: Rally Your Fans on ClickBid!
Approved videos will be posted to our official voting platform, ClickBid. You'll receive a custom link to share with friends, family, coworkers, and clients—get everyone to vote, because every single vote counts toward victory!

Step 4: Live Winner Announcement (January)
The top three videos that rack up the most votes will take home the ultimate bragging rights and be crowned champions LIVE at our Kick-Off Event in January!
