Join us for Opening Doors to Inclusion: Education & Inspiration Series, the first in our inaugural series dedicated to strengthening connection, elevating awareness, and fostering meaningful progress within our membership community. These events mark an exciting new chapter as we expand our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion—bringing forward powerful voices and transformative conversations designed to spark action.

We are honored to welcome two dynamic leaders in the DE&I space:

Dr. Lorri Goldmann, Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion at Avenue5 and co-author of Promotion Power: Five Disruptive Career Moves for Modern Women, will share insights on advancing equity in the workplace and redefining leadership pathways. As part of this event, we will be giving away several copies of her book to attendees. 

Alycia Anderson, award-winning TEDx keynote speaker, corporate inclusion consultant, CEO of The Alycia Anderson Company, LLC, and advocate for disability inclusion, will bring her powerful message on embracing diversity in all its forms. Alycia is on a mission to motivate and invoke change through DE&I. She is a published author and global speaker who studied Adapted Education at California State University, Chico, and earned her Master’s Degree from KU Leuven in Belgium with an emphasis in Adapted Physical Activity and the principles of inclusion. Her keynote work—including The Heart of Inclusion, Disabling Ableism: The Modern Pathway to Inclusion, and Intersectionality & Embracing Equity Through the Lens of Disability—inspires audiences to realize their full potential and understand the measurable impact of an inclusive workplace.

Together, these sessions will offer an inspiring and actionable look at how we can all play a role in creating spaces where every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered.
