The NVSAA Jewel Awards are the most honored awards given in recognition of superior contributions and exemplary achievements in the multifamily housing industry!
All qualified nominations will be scored by an independent third party, J Turner Research, ensuring transparency and fairness in the selection process.
Nominations are open for the 12th Annual NVSAA Jewel Awards - Where Enchantment Awaits. The Nomination period will be open until 1/12/2026.
If the invoice option is selected, please enter the company to be billed in the Bill To section. We can not split invoices.
All the information requested in the attendee section must be completed with the nominee's information. Please ensure the information that is provided is correct before submitting.
The nominee will be sent a confirmation email notifying them they have been nominated. The nominee will receive the required metrics and instructions for their category. The metrics will be sent and scored by a third party company, JTurner Research. The e-mail will be from that company.
The top three finalists in each category will be notified of their status and the WINNERS will be announced at the 12th Annual Jewel Awards.
Please make sure your nominee meets the criteria for their category and they are willing to be part of the judging process before submitting your nomination. There will be no refunds. You must be an NVSAA member and in good standing in order to be considered.
