Professional Bio
Tommy Zauder serves as Senior Vice President for Bridge Property Management. He oversees assets throughout Bridge's national multifamily portfolio, leading high-performing teams while driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and portfolio performance across various asset types and classes.
Tommy joined Bridge in 2022 and brings over 20 years of multifamily experience. Before joining Bridge, he served as Senior Director of Real Estate for Greystar, where he oversaw a portfolio of luxury, lease-up, conventional, value-add, and workforce housing communities. Tommy spent 16 years with Alliance Residential, advancing to Vice President before the company's acquisition by Greystar. His expertise includes budgeting, capital planning, investor relations, deal sourcing, lease-up strategy, and community repositioning.
An active industry leader, Tommy has served on the Board of Directors of the Nevada State Apartment Association since 2014, including two terms as President, and also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Apartment Association since 2025.
Tommy studied Political Science at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was a member of the university swim team and served as team captain. He is currently a candidate for the Certified Property Manager designation through IREM.
Tommy resides in Nevada with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
