Misty Justice

Misty Justice brings over 20 years of experience in property management and more than 8 years as a trusted supplier partner in the multifamily housing industry. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Nevada State Apartment Association (NVSAA), Misty is also the Liaison to the Ambassador Committee and Supplier Partner Committee, where she helps foster strong industry relationships, member engagement, and professional development opportunities.

Her career has been shaped by a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within Nevada’s rental housing industry. Misty has worked extensively with both property management teams and supplier partners, giving her a unique perspective on how collaboration drives innovation, growth, and long-term success.

Passionate about education and advocacy, Misty is committed to supporting NVSAA’s mission of promoting professionalism and advancing the rental housing industry through networking, training, and legislative involvement. Her leadership style is rooted in relationship-building, communication, and a drive to help others succeed.

When she’s not working, Misty enjoys giving back to her community, mentoring future leaders, and continuously seeking new ways to learn and grow in both her professional and personal life.
