The NVSAA Jewel Awards are the highest recognition of superior contributions and outstanding achievements in Nevada's multifamily housing industry  and this year, we’re turning up the sparkle!

🌟 Nominations are NOW OPEN for the 18th Annual NVSAA Jewel Awards – Putting on the Ritz: An Evening of Glamour and Glitz
🗓️ Nomination Period: August 1 – August 15st, 2025 - (HARD TWO WEEK DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS)

Important Nomination Details:

• If you choose the invoice option, please enter the company name in the "Bill To" section. Note: We cannot split invoices.

• Be sure to complete all fields in the attendee section with the nominee’s correct information before submitting.

• Upon submission, nominees will receive a confirmation email and detailed instructions for their category.

• There is only a TWO week period to submit your nominations so be sure to include all superstars within that time frame.

• Required metrics will be sent directly by JTurner Research, our trusted third-party evaluator. (Look for an email from them.)

• The top three finalists in each category will be notified directly and the winners will be revealed live at the 18th Annual Jewel Awards celebration!

Please ensure your nominee meets all category criteria and is willing to participate in the judging process.
