Education for Rental Housing Professionals
Rental housing industry professionals look to the Nevada State Apartment Association (NSAA) as a leading source for industry education. NSAA offers a variety of educational offerings throughout the year to fit the needs of rental property owners, mid- to upper-level management company executives, property supervisors, maintenance supervisors and onsite personnel.

Education is critical in expanding and improving our industry. Our education program was designed and organized by our NSAA Education Committee with the help of NSAA staff. The key to the success of our industry -- and that of our businesses individually -- lies in creating educated professionals who understand important issues and have essential skills.

Not only does education make for better management and better employees but it minimizes potential liabilities for owners and managers.

Education Series Seminars
NSAA offers its Education Series Seminars for owners, top executive professionals, on-site management professionals and for onsite personnel. NSAA Education Series seminars offer continuing education credits for CAM, CAMT and CAMT II, CAPS and NALP designates, and Continuing Education credits (CE) required by the Nevada Real Estate Division for real estate licensees.*
