SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Submittal of a request for purchase of a sponsorship is not complete until approved by the NSAA, which reserves all rights and full discretion in rejecting a request for purchase. Requestor acknowledges and agrees that the other members and / or vendors may have the right of first refusal and / or exclusivity concerning one or more sponsorship. Sponsorship chosen may not be available at time of purchase. If sponsorship is not available requestor will have first right of refusal, based on order in which payment was received, on any remaining sponsorship(s). If requestor refuses remaining sponsorship(s) they may request a full refund or be issued a credit for the amount spent for a future event sponsorship.
